The second brain for wealth management firms

Is your firm scattered?
Brain centralises.
AI does the work.

Majors Brain puts the best AI models of the moment to work for your firm. It adapts to your organisation first, then helps you digitise it step by step: connect your information and move at your own pace, with no big-bang migration imposed on you.

Three ways in

Start from where you are.

Adopting Brain does not mean deciding today to overhaul your entire information system. Three situations, three ways in — and you move from one to the next when you decide.

Option 01I'm keeping my tools

Keep your tools.
Connect them to Brain.

Outlook or Google, a CRM, WhatsApp, a document system, Excel: we don't ask you to change anything. Brain sits on top and starts connecting your emails, meetings, documents, conversations, clients and tasks.

Ideal ifyou want an immediate benefit, without changing the team's habits.

Option 02I want to replace my CRM

Ready to do without your CRM?
Brain can take its place.

Contacts, clients, companies, opportunities, tasks, history, notes, documents, interactions: these are native Brain features — not one more piece of software to buy.

What we offer Start by connecting Brain to your CRM. And if one day you want to get rid of it, Brain is already ready to take its place.

Option 03I'm digitising my firm

Digitise your firm's entire memory.
Step by step.

Once Brain is in place, each building block is added when you are ready. You are not buying a software migration: you are choosing a transformation journey — and you decide how far it goes.

Ideal ifyou are aiming, in time, for a firm that is digital end to end — without a brutal switchover.

Firm memory & AI engine

Don't confuse AI
with your firm's memory.

Majors Brain gives you a single interface: all of the firm's memory is there, and you connect it to whichever AI models you want — Mistral, Claude, ChatGPT… Your sensitive data is anonymised before it reaches the AI. The more the firm uses it, the richer the memory becomes, and the better both the AI and the firm perform.

AI models change. The firm's memory stays. No identifying data gets through the gate

The key point for us: never confuse AI with the firm's memory.

Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral may change their prices, their rules, or even disappear tomorrow. Your memory must not depend on them.

Here, every exchange, every client file, every decision enriches your memory. Over the years, this firm memory learns, answers accurately, and becomes a genuine asset — one that adds real value to the firm.

Majors Brain keeps these three dimensions apart
  1. You stay in control of the firm's memory. Data, exchanges, documents, agents, rules, learnings… growing continuously.
  2. You choose your AI models, from a single interface: Mistral, Claude, ChatGPT… and you switch without losing anything.
  3. Your sensitive data is anonymised and secured before it reaches the AI. Security & sovereignty →

Majors structures, Brain remembers.

The firm no longer just queries an AI: it builds lasting capital.

Deploying & integrating Majors Brain

Before connecting anything,
we look at how you work.

We don't ask you to change the way you work to fit into a piece of software. It's the other way round: we start from your organisation — who does what, with which tools, where information lives — to decide what Brain connects first, and in what order.

What people ask us first

A clear choice, from the start.

Do I have to change CRM to adopt Brain?
No. Brain starts by connecting to what you already use. Replacing your CRM is a possible step later, if and when you decide — never a condition of the first step. Connecting a third-party CRM does need to be validated technically during the assessment: we do not assume any connector is available.
Can Brain really become my CRM?
Yes, if you decide so. Contacts, clients, companies, opportunities, tasks, history, notes, documents and interactions are native Brain features. But nothing forces you to start there: connect Brain to your current CRM first. The day you want to do without it, the data migration is prepared and checked with you before the old tool is switched off.
Do I have to connect all my tools?
No, and it is rarely advisable at the start. We begin with the two or three sources that hold most of the client context. Others are added when they are useful — each addition is a decision, never an imposition.
Can I use several AI models with Brain?
Yes. Brain gives you a single interface: all of the firm's memory is there, and you connect it to whichever AI models you want — Mistral, Claude, ChatGPT… You switch models without losing anything: the memory stays yours. Before it reaches the AI, your sensitive data is anonymised: the model sees “Client A”, never your client's name.
Why an assessment rather than an immediate trial?
Because Brain is only as good as your data: a trial on an empty database shows nothing. The assessment identifies your sources, what is compatible today, and what you would actually see on the first scope. Thirty minutes, no commitment.
What if we stop along the way?
You stay at the level you have reached: nothing has been dismantled, since nothing was replaced without your decision. Your memory is continuously synchronised on your own premises — a server, workstation or drive agreed during the assessment. It does not depend on the project continuing. Our continuity commitments →
Is Brain only for wealth management firms?
Brain was designed with wealth management firms and family offices, and our method comes from there. The same approach applies to other regulated professions — lawyers, notaries, accountants, insurance brokers — wherever client memory and professional secrecy have to go hand in hand. The assessment tells you what applies in your case.
The assessment — 30 minutes, free

Your assessment becomes your roadmap.

Seven questions are enough to frame your journey. From your answers, we define the sources to connect, the processes to simplify and the deployment steps. You choose what happens now and what can wait.

  1. Which tools do you use?
  2. Where is your data?
  3. How do you communicate with your clients?
  4. What do you key in twice?
  5. What takes up your time?
  6. What sometimes slips through the net?
  7. What would you like to automate?

What you leave with, at the end of the thirty minutes

  • A map of your sources — what can be connected today in your set-up, what would require development, and what cannot.
  • Your way in — where to start, and the expected benefit on that first scope.
  • What can be automated — the repetitive tasks Brain can take on, with your approval.
  • Your roadmap — today, then phase by phase, with no obligation to go all the way.

Whatever your way in

Either way,
let's start with an assessment.

We analyse your specific needs: your tools, your data, how you communicate with your clients, what you key in twice and what takes up your time. Then we show you, on your own firm, what Brain would change.

You may be surprised by how much AI automation can change your working day.
