The Majors Brain method

We start from your firm.
Not from our software.

Everything that happens when you work with us, from the first assessment to the day you decide what comes next. Six steps, nothing hidden.

30 minutes Free, no commitment No technical access needed
01

The assessment and your roadmap.

Thirty minutes, free and with no commitment — by video call, or by answering ten questions online. We don't ask you which features you want: we ask about the way you work, your tools, what you key in twice and what takes up your time.

You leave with a written roadmap: your organisation as it is today, then the possible phases, in order. We are not selling you a software migration; you choose how far the journey goes.

No access to your tools is requested Start with the assessment →
Sample roadmapExample
  1. TodayOutlook, WhatsApp, Excel, a CRM, SharePoint and manual tasks
  2. Phase 1Connect Outlook, the calendar and documents to Brain
  3. Phase 2Connect the existing CRM and WhatsApp
  4. Phase 3Automate meeting preparation, meeting notes, tasks and follow-ups
  5. Phase 4Move the CRM into Brain
  6. Phase 5Roll out Majors for wealth planning, allocations and compliance
A thirty-minute assessment. A written journey, not a migration.
02

Your organisation, then your sources.

Before connecting anything, we look at how the firm really works: how a client request comes in, who prepares a meeting, where a decision is made, what gets keyed in twice.

Then, for each tool identified: what it holds, its format, and whether it can technically be connected in your firm. A source that can't is described as such. No connector is assumed to be available, especially to a third-party CRM.

Every source gets a status, in writing
Sample source mapIllustrative
Source What it holds Status
Email Client exchanges Connectable
Calendar Meetings Connectable
Document storage Documents, reports Connectable
Conversations Informal exchanges To be validated
Existing CRM Contacts, history Needs technical validation
Paper notes Older meetings Not connected
What connects, what needs development, what doesn't connect.
03

The first scope, chosen together.

Two or three sources are enough to deliver a visible benefit. We agree what gets connected now, what will wait, and what may never be connected.

Starting small is not about saving money: it is what lets you judge Brain on the evidence before going further.

The choice is yours, and it is in writing

Three sources to begin with. The rest waits for your decision.
04

The connection, tested on your real files.

The connection is made once, with your credentials, in your environment. Your tools keep working exactly as before. Duplicates, incomplete records and scattered histories are put in order: a reliable memory needs clean data.

Brain is then tuned to your firm — vocabulary, document templates, permissions for each colleague — and tested on the questions you actually ask. We check the answer and its source: on your own files, you are the only judge.

Until an answer is correct and sourced, we don't move on

Real-world use, then what comes next, if you want it.

Training on the use cases of your business, on your own files. Then the first few weeks followed closely: what works, what's missing, what needs adjusting.

Then comes a decision point: connect a new source, share the memory with the team, automate, replace a tool, extend to the Majors suite — or stop there. Each step is an option, never an obligation.

No step is sold in advance

Continuity, and the way out.

Your memory does not depend on any AI provider. It lives in two copies: one in Paris, with Scaleway, encrypted with AES-256; the other on your premises, continuously synchronised to the target agreed during the assessment — the firm's server, a workstation or an external drive.

If the AI engine's provider changes its prices, its rules or cuts off access, we choose another: the memory doesn't move, nothing is re-keyed.

Three ways in

The six steps are the same.
Only the way in changes.

Adopting Brain does not mean deciding today to overhaul your entire information system. The assessment simply tells you which way in makes sense.

I keep my tools

Option 01

Keep your tools. Connect them to Brain. It sits on top and starts connecting your emails, meetings, documents, conversations, clients and tasks.

For the firm that wants an immediate benefit without touching its organisation.

I replace my CRM

Option 02

Start by connecting Brain to your CRM. And if one day you want to get rid of it, Brain is already ready to take its place: contacts, opportunities, tasks, history and interactions are native features.

For the firm whose CRM costs more effort than it saves.

I digitise my firm

Option 03

Brain, then the CRM, processes, automations, compliance, wealth planning, allocations — all the way to the full Majors suite, one building block at a time.

For the firm that wants, in time, a digital environment from end to end.

The three ways in, in detail →
A limit, and we prefer to put it in writing

We don't connect everything.

A CRM with no access planned for third parties, a closed tool, notes that stayed on paper: some sources will not be connected, or will require development that isn't always worth the cost.

We say so during the assessment, source by source — not after the contract is signed. A smaller scope that is delivered is worth more than an integration promise that never is.

Step 01, whatever your way in

Either way,
let's start with an assessment.

We analyse your specific needs: your tools, your data, how you communicate with your clients, what you key in twice and what takes up your time. Then we show you, on your own firm, what Brain would change.

You may be surprised by how much AI automation can change your working day.
